Toronto Inspection Ltd. is a medium-sized geo-environmental consulting firm specialized in geotechnical, environmental, hydrogeological and building science services. We are a member of the Association of Professional Engineers Ontario, the Association of Professional Geoscientists Ontario and the Ontario Institute of Professional Agrologists.
We are currently looking for an intermediate Environmental Geoscientist / Engineer to join our dynamic environmental team. Please see below for detailed job descriptions.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising environmental investigations, including but not limited to Phase I & II ESAs, remediation, excess soil, et al.
- Preparing various environmental reports.
- Filing Record of Site Conditions (RSC).
- Compiling and managing field data.
- Mentoring junior team members.
We would like to hear from you if:
- You have background in one of the following fields: hydrogeology, environmental science/engineering, geoscience, environmental biology, environmental chemistry or other similar programs.
- You are currently registered as a P.Eng. or P.Geo. in Ontario.
- Minimum three (3) year of previous consulting experience. Preference will be give to candidates with more than five (5) years of experience.
- Proficient with provincial and/or municipal environmental regulations, including but not limited to O. Reg. 153/04 and O. Reg. 406/19.
- You have your own vehicle and are comfortable navigating the GTA and surrounding areas.
