Responsibilities:
-Manage daily schedule and material ordering
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Enter customer data accurately into the system
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to effectively communicate with customers
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Sales experience is an asset
