Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and personable Medical Aesthetician to join our skincare and beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, perform advanced skincare treatments, and promote our product lines. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on enhancing clients’ natural beauty through personalized treatments and expert advice. The Medical Aesthetician will play a key role in delivering high-quality services, including body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other aesthetic procedures, while ensuring sanitation and safety standards are maintained.
Duties
- Provide a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, and body waxing with attention to client comfort and safety
- Assist guests at the front desk with check-in, appointment scheduling, and product recommendations
- Conduct product demos and upsell skincare products to enhance client results and satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas in compliance with health regulations
- Deliver excellent guest services by understanding individual needs and offering personalized solutions
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and available treatments to promote ongoing care
- Support retail sales efforts through effective communication and product knowledge
- Manage guest inquiries professionally, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times
Experience
- Prior experience as a Medical Aesthetician or in a similar skincare or beauty role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within aesthetic treatments
- Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demonstrations is advantageous
- Familiarity with front desk operations, guest services, and hospitality practices is beneficial
- Skills in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, hair styling, and other aesthetic procedures are highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly demeanor to foster positive guest experiences
