We are a quickly growing custom home design firm based out of Edmonton, Alberta. We are currently seeking a talented, creative, energetic, and motivated Intermediate/Senior Architectural Designer/Technologist to join our team and help shape the future of our company and portfolio.
ROLE
- Develop and produce architectural drawings, construction documents, and presentation materials using BIM-based tools
- Collaborate with project leads and consultants on all phases of design, from concept development to construction/permitting drawings
- Ensure designs meet applicable building codes, zoning requirements, and industry standards
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and coordination with consultants and contractors
- Assist in project coordination, detailing, and documentation
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in an architectural or design office
- Located in Edmonton, Alberta, and holds a valid drivers license.
- Experience with BIM-related tools and rendering software (ArchiCAD or equivalent)
- Solid understanding of building systems, detailing, and construction methods
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, team player, ready to grow and learn quickly
