We are looking for an experienced, confident, and style-conscious Optical Assistant & Sales Associate to join our team in a cross-trained role combining patient care, optical sales, and day-to-day clinic support. Previous optical experience is important, and the ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of lens materials, coatings, designs, and current lens technologies, with the ability to confidently educate patients and make appropriate recommendations based on their prescription, lifestyle, and visual needs. We are also looking for someone with proven experience in frame styling and eyewear sales, a strong awareness of fashion and current eyewear trends, and a natural ability to help patients select frames that complement their features, personal style, and lifestyle. The successful candidate will be personable, polished, detail-oriented, and comfortable providing knowledgeable recommendations while creating an elevated, consultative eyewear experience.
