At Mindbody Wellness Centre, we also call our Front Desk Receptionists, Wellness Advisors as the role is more than administrative tasks. You’re part of the client’s journey to feeling better and achieve overall wellness. You are the matchmaker between client to treatment, first by understanding the needs of the client, then educating them the difference between modalities and connecting them to therapy. It is part of our responsibility to meet the clients where they’re at and ensure they are comfortable with their first step.

Qualifications and Desired Skills:
- At least 1 year of Front Desk or Administrative experience is a must
- Strong work ethics and responsibility Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills - balances boundaries and compassion
- Ability to multitask, exhibit a positive attitude and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
- Independent, self-starter and exhibits initiative on tasks
- Ability to think critically and quickly on their feet, and can easily adapt to situations
- Additional language and sales experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Show up and be ready to start on time
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness of the wellness centre
- Efficiently handle and respond to clients’ reservations, appointments, and booking inquiries online and in-person
- Coordinate, share, manage and implement community wellness events, outreach programs and workshops.
- Handle clients’ payments (online and in-person) and follow all cash handling procedures
- Be knowledgeable on the basic information about our services to be able to guide clients through our offerings
Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
