Overview
We are seeking motivated and experienced Line Cooks to join our vibrant culinary team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality meals and exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent food handling skills, and a strong understanding of kitchen operations within a fast-paced restaurant environment. Prior restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, and a commitment to food safety standards is essential. Breakfast experience a plus! Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food is cooked properly, maintaining consistency and presentation standards
- Handle food safely by following proper hygiene and sanitation procedures
- Serve dishes promptly and efficiently during service hours
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries in the kitchen
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Strong understanding of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if required
- Passion for the food industry and a desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
