Simolo Customs is looking for a Vehicle Delivery & Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing team.
This isn't a typical delivery driver position.
You'll be responsible for delivering our premium electric vehicles to customers locally and across British Columbia and Western Canada, ensuring every vehicle arrives looking its absolute best and every customer receives an exceptional delivery experience.
You'll be the face of Simolo Customs on the road, representing one of Canada's fastest-growing electric vehicle manufacturers.

What You'll Be DoingVehicle Delivery & Customer Experience
- Deliver premium electric vehicles throughout BC and Western Canada
- Safely tow open and enclosed trailers using company trucks
- Load, secure, and transport vehicles safely
- Ensure vehicles are cleaned, detailed, and presentation-ready before delivery
- Walk customers through their new vehicle upon delivery
- Represent Simolo Customs professionally with every customer interaction
- Coordinate vehicle pickups and deliveries
Vehicle Preparation & Support
- Assist with vehicle inspections and quality control
- Support the service team with vehicle pickups and returns
- Help prepare vehicles for customer delivery
- Assist with basic service and maintenance tasks when required
Shop & Facility Support
- Assist with maintenance of company trucks, trailers, and equipment
- Support general facility upkeep and organization
- Assist the production team during periods between deliveries
What We're Looking For
- Experience towing trailers (up to 35')
- Comfortable driving a one-ton truck
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Mechanically inclined and eager to learn
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
