Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and reliable Delivery Driver to join our team! In this role, you will be the friendly face of Copper Cork Distillery, responsible for delivering our premium products to customers efficiently and safely. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure our customers receive their orders promptly while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Duties
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products to various locations, including retail outlets, bars, and events across Alberta
- Load and unload freight using equipment such as forklifts when necessary, ensuring proper handling of all items
- Verify delivery orders, obtain signatures, and complete delivery documentation accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and routine inspection of delivery vehicles to ensure optimal operation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and address any issues promptly
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks for loading or unloading freight when required
- Follow all safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and commercial driving regulations
Experience
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Experience operating forklifts or other heavy equipment preferred
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety standards in transportation
- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshoot vehicle issues is a plus
- Prior experience in delivery services or logistics is advantageous
- Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations for commercial drivers

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
