Job Title-Outside Sales Respresentative
We are currently opening a new opportunity for an experienced Merchant Services Sales Professional who is ready to step into a leadership role and help build a high-performing sales team.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in merchant services or payment processing sales who understands the industry and is ready to take the next step in developing and leading a sales force.
This role is ideal for someone who is both a strong individual producer and a natural leader. You will be responsible for selling in the field while also recruiting, training, and mentoring newly hired sales representatives to help grow the team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and build a merchant services sales team
- Recruit, train, and mentor new sales representatives
- Lead by example by actively selling merchant services solutions in the field
- Train new team members on prospecting, pitching, and closing merchant accounts
- Help establish daily sales activity standards and performance targets
- Support the team in improving closing ratios and sales techniques
- Work closely with leadership to expand market presence
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of merchant services or payment processing sales experience
- Strong knowledge of merchant services products, pricing, and sales processes
- Proven ability to close deals and generate new merchant accounts
- Leadership mindset with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Comfortable working in the field and engaging directly with business owners
- Strong communication and coaching skills
Compensation
- Base + incentives (bonuses and profit sharing)
