Job Summary

Duties
- Engage with visitors and guests to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist in guiding groups and individuals through programs and activities
- Support event setup and breakdown to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about services and offerings
- Manage cash handling for sales or donations accurately and securely
- Contribute to food service operations when applicable, including serving or preparing items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the guest areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an enjoyable experience for all visitors
Skills
- Experience working with children is highly desirable
- Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate with diverse audiences
- Excellent customer service skills to address guest needs promptly and courteously
- Knowledge of guest services and hospitality best practices
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is a plus
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently
