We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Car Sales Woman to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, possess strong negotiation skills, and have experience in high-end and retail vehicle sales. This role involves engaging with customers, managing the sales pipeline, and providing exceptional service to drive sales and foster long-term relationships. Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are highly valued to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele. Duties
- Engage with potential customers through outside sales efforts and B2B sales strategies to generate leads and increase dealership traffic
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrate vehicle features to prospective buyers
- Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to dealership policies
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through delivery, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer value and dealership revenue
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers and events to attract new clients
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining financing options, and assisting with paperwork
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using dealership management systems
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and improve overall dealership performance
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or high-end vehicle sales within a dealership environment
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Proficiency in managing a sales pipeline and utilizing CRM tools for tracking leads and follow-ups
- Multilingual capabilities, especially bilingual proficiency in Spanish, to serve diverse customers effectively
- Knowledge of B2B sales strategies and marketing principles related to automotive sales
- Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple client interactions simultaneously
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships
