Financial Analyst / Planner – Medical Clinics
We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst/Planner to support a growing group of multidisciplinary medical clinics. Responsibilities include budgeting, financial reporting, expense tracking, clinic profitability analysis, and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of financial analysis, planning, or accounting experience
- Experience working with medical clinics, healthcare organizations, or multi-site businesses preferred
- Strong understanding of budgets, profit and loss statements, forecasting, and cost allocation
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and financial reporting
- Ability to analyze expenses by clinic, provider, and service line
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
