Appliance/Furniture Delivery Helper

We are looking for a hardworking, highly motivated individual who works well with others and has a passion for physical work!
Qualifications:
- Physical Ability (You will be required to help lift product with the help of dollies, straps, and other equipment).
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds to a maximum of 300
- Manual dexterity and the ability to freely stand, bend, twist, crouch, and kneel.
- Use of basic hand and power tools.
- Must work well one on one and as a team player
- Must be dependable and on time.
- Must be able to communicate in English, both spoken and written
- Responsibilities
- Must be able to safely and properly load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment
- Deliver appliances and furniture into customer homes in a safe and efficient manner ensuring no damages to products or customer property (carefully manoeuvring around walls, through doors, taking boots off at the door, etc.)
- Assist truck and delivery driver with assigned tasks
- Assemble Furniture in customers’ homes
- Provide customers with the highest level of service and professionalism
- 40-60 hour work week (Runs from Tuesday to Saturday)
- Salary based on 2 week pay period
- High school diploma or equivalency diploma preferred
- Must be able to complete a criminal record check
