We are looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to assist customers with product selection, provide excellent service, and contribute to a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide advice or recommendations on vape/cannabis products.
- Educate customers on product usage, and maintenance.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Stay up to date on the latest cannabis/vaping trends, regulations, and new products.
- Verify customer age and ensure compliance with local and federal vaping regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot product issues, and resolve complaints professionally.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counting and receiving shipments.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Cansell certificate or willingness to get one
- A valid background check or willingness to get one
- Must be willing to work any shift between 9 AM - 11 PM.
- A valid driver's license and personal vehicle for delivery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of vaping/cannabis products and accessories (or willingness to learn).
- Basic math skills and experience handling cash/card transactions.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and reliable.

Pay: $17.75-$18.50 per hour
