Experienced Cake Decorator – Part-Time
Schedule: Wednesday to Friday (24 hours/week)

About Us
We are a busy, creative bakery known for our party cakes, custom cakes, and sweet treats. We’re looking for an experienced cake decorator to join our team and help bring our designs to life.
What You’ll Do
- Cut, fill, and mask cakes in large volumes for weekly party cakes
- Create clean and detailed fondant toppers, plaques and edible images for custom cakes
- Decorate cookies (bonus skill, but not required)
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
What We’re Looking For
- Previous cake decorating experience (required)
- Strong fondant and finishing skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude
Hours & Pay
- Part-time: Wednesday–Friday (18-24 hours/week)
- Opportunity for full-time for the right candidate
- Competitive hourly wage, based on experience

Requirements
- Proven experience in cake decorating, preferably in a bakery or home bakery setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about their cake designs
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred, demonstrating an understanding of the food industry environment.
- Creativity and artistic flair in designing cake decorations that appeal to customers.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$24.00 per hour
