Are you ready to build the foundation for Edmonton’s biggest summer festivals and weddings? We are looking for hardworking, physically fit individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
A Typical Day in the Life:
The day starts at the shop. You and the crew will load the trucks with heavy-duty tenting components, ensuring every stake, pole, and vinyl top is ready for the mission
- You’ll drive to the site and begin the build. This isn’t just “putting up a tent” – it’s technical labor. You’ll layout the uprights, secure the tops, and work as a team to raise the structures safely
- You’ll pound stakes into the ground or position heavy weights to secure the tents
- We work through the heat of the sun and the summer rain to ensure our clients’ events stay on schedule
- Once the event is over, you’ll return to dismantle the structures, load the equipment safely, and head back to the shop to unload
Key Responsibilities:
- Load trucks according to contracts and site layouts to ensure zero downtime on-site
- Safely assemble and dismantle various tent structures (frame, pole and clear span) according to engineering standards
- Maintain a safe job site, ensuring all stakes and weights are properly secured
Shift & Availability (Must Read):
- Shifts often start early in the morning and can finish late in the evening depending on the project
- Weekend availability is strictly required, as these are our busiest days for setups and teardowns
- You must be comfortable working outdoors in all Alberta weather conditions (Heat, Rain, Wind)
What You Bring to the Team:
- Must be able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and handle heavy sledgehammers and concrete weights
- You are someone who shows up on time, every time
- A valid Class 5 License with experience driving a Truck & Trailer is a major asset
- You follow directions well and prioritize the safety of your coworkers

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
