Role Description:
Understand and document current business processes and requirements.
Translate requirements into user stories in an agile environment using Jira and Confluence.
Develop comprehensive user test cases, execute them, and document the results.
Participate in the design, development, and implementation of a given system.
Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to ensure system meets business needs and expectations.
Oversee the Quality Assurance function to ensure the new system performs as expected and adhe res to quality standards.
Use MS Office and draw.io to create reports and visual representations of system processes.
Apply supply chain Transportation knowledge Performing other duties as assigned, in addition to the ones listed above.
Requirements:
years of Business Systems Analysis experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst. Minimum 3 years of hands-on Quality Assurance experience. Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a strong focus on QA.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and draw.io. Knowledge of supply chain replenishment processes. Exceptional written and oral communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with a commitment to quality and attention to detail. Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple project deadlines. Retail background is an asset but not mandatory.
Must be a self-starter and able to ask relevant questions. Qualifications: Agile methodology certification is an asset. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is an asset.
Required Skill Set:
years of experience in product management or as a senior business analyst transitioning into a product role, with strong exposure to order management and replenishment systems.
Proven experience in OMS implementations and retail or distribution-based replenishment operations.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Strong understanding of supply chain operations, inventory allocation, and order lifecycle management.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
