Job Description:
As a cook at Trench, you’ll be responsible for preparing and plating food to our high standards, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and working as part of a team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items consistently
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Assist with prep and inventory
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house team
- Follow recipes and presentation guidelines
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused kitchen environment
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Food Safe
