Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations at NYC Mold Removal. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling both administrative tasks and customer communication in a fast-paced environment. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth scheduling, accurate records, and excellent client service.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and handle front desk inquiries with professionalism
- Schedule appointments and coordinate daily work orders
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management
- Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for communication and reporting
- Support basic bookkeeping and QuickBooks tasks
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of client information
- Assist with general administrative duties such as emails, scanning, and document preparation
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Experience with QuickBooks is an asset
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude

Pay: $17.24-$26.15 per hour
