Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting furniture that meets their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash responsibly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, particularly in furniture sales
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and engage customers effectively
