Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex HVAC systems across various commercial and industrial facilities. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, expertise in plumbing, welding, boiler systems, and the ability to interpret schematics. The Senior HVAC Technician will ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely, providing exceptional service and technical support. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning units, and related mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose complex system issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools.
- Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems such as pipe fitting and leak repairs.
- Conduct welding repairs or modifications on metal components as needed.
- Service boiler systems ensuring safety standards and operational efficiency are met.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve system failures promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams for system installation or repair projects.
- Assist in the training of junior technicians and apprentices as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work activities.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician with a strong background in mechanical systems maintenance.
- Extensive knowledge of plumbing, boiler operation, and appliance repair.
- Construction experience is a plus, especially in installing or retrofitting HVAC systems in commercial settings.
- Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and diagnostic tools used in HVAC troubleshooting.
- Mechanic experience with various machinery and equipment is advantageous.
- Prior experience working on complex HVAC systems within commercial environments is preferred.

Pay: $40.00-$53.00 per hour
