Job Summary
The PM Line <PERSON> is a vital role within our food service team, responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This position requires a dedicated individual with a passion for food preparation, excellent service skills, and a strong commitment to food safety standards. The PM Line <PERSON> will work primarily during evening hours, contributing to a seamless dining experience for our guests while maintaining the integrity of our kitchen operations.
Duties
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Prepare and assemble meals according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Cook food items accurately, maintaining quality and consistency throughout service
- Handle food safely by following proper hygiene and sanitation procedures
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with health regulations
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling and kitchen operations
Experience
- Prior food service experience preferred, especially in restaurant or kitchen environments
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and meal assembly processes
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Experience in serving customers with professionalism and efficiency
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting under pressure
- Previous experience in the food industry or related roles is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided to ensure all team members meet our high standards for quality and safety
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
