We're expanding our Elementary School Division and are hiring:
- Elementary Math Teacher
- Elementary English Teacher
for grades 3 through 8 to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a positive learning environment, supporting student growth, and enhancing academic achievement. This role offers an opportunity to work with diverse learners, including students with special needs, in a dynamic classroom setting. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, classroom experience, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed academically and personally.
Duties
- Implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards for Math or English instruction.
- Deliver instruction that accommodates various learning styles and abilities, including students with disabilities or special education needs.
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations; provide timely feedback to students and parents.
- Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and collaboration.
- Passion for innovative teaching and educational technology
- Comfortable integrating AI tools, gamification, and hands-on learning into the classroom
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with teaching strategies and educational best practices.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive discipline strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Math, or related field; teaching certification preferred.
- Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT) – Required
- Minimum 3 years of classroom teaching experience in an elementary school
- Strong knowledge of the Ontario Curriculum
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Experience working with children across grades 3–8 in classroom settings.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to handle lesson planning and record keeping efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt lessons for students with varying needs, including those requiring individualized support or tutoring.
- Passion for teaching, patience, creativity, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour
