As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join our operations team and help drive excellence on the warehouse floor.
About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Fulfillment Operations Manager, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing daily warehouse activities and ensuring fulfillment performance standards are consistently met. This is a hands-on position that combines leadership and operational duties — ideal for someone who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating and motivating team members, maintaining workflow efficiency, ensuring orders are shipped accurately and on time, and that all inbound shipments are received and processed promptly. You’ll also play a key role in monitoring KPIs and supporting continuous improvement across fulfillment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and participate in daily picking, packing, and shipping activities.
- Manage all client orders and ensure they are shipped accurately and timely.
- Responsible for the accuracy of the picking area and shipping operators.
- Monitor and report on team KPIs, ensuring daily targets are achieved.
- Assign tasks, balance workloads, and optimize manpower for efficiency.
- Coach and mentor warehouse staff to uphold productivity and accuracy standards.
- Work closely with the Fulfillment Operations Manager to improve workflows and processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of warehouse or fulfillment experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory capacity.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce fulfillment and WMS systems.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain performance metrics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on, team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Forklift certification is an asset but not required.
