Michele's Landscaping Inc. is a landscape and earthworks company located in Calgary, AB. Our earthworks division is seeking a Construction Operations Manager. Our current business sector(s) include , Community Development, New Home Builders, Land Reclamation and Pipeline Decommissioning.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Review and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction plans
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Conduct construction estimating and budgeting to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints
- Monitor and enforce quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers
- Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress and address any issues or concerns
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, logs, and records
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and construction plans
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and regulations
- Familiarity with construction estimating software is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
