Bagel N’ Brew Crew is coming to Hamilton!
Our new location at 318 James Street North is opening in September 2026, and we're looking for an energetic, reliable and people-focused Store Manager to lead our new crew.
STORE MANAGER — FULL TIME
As Store Manager, you'll be a key part of launching our Hamilton location and creating the fun, welcoming experience we want Bagel N’ Brew Crew to be known for.
Your role will include:
- Leading and supporting our crew
- Opening and closing the shop
- Creating and managing staff schedules
- Training new team members
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Overseeing daily food and coffee service
- Managing inventory and placing orders
- Maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
- Handling cash and daily POS procedures
- Helping control food waste and operating costs
- Keeping the shop organized and running smoothly
- Creating a positive, upbeat workplace culture
- Working directly with ownership to grow the Hamilton location
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who is:

- Comfortable in a fast-paced food-service environment
- Able to solve problems and take initiative
- Passionate about customer service
- Excited about helping build a new location from the ground up
Previous restaurant, café, quick-service or supervisory experience is an asset.

Store Hours: Tuesday–Sunday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
