Russian-Speaking Dental Treatment Coordinator

Chroma Dental is seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing practice. This position is ideal for a dental professional who understands the importance of patient education, treatment acceptance, and creating an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.
Important Requirement
This position is intended for candidates with prior dental office experience only.
Applicants must have experience working in a dental practice and be comfortable discussing dental procedures, treatment plans, insurance benefits, and financial arrangements with patients.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Russian and English (required)
- Minimum 2 years of dental office experience
- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Dental Receptionist, Office Manager, Dental Assistant, or similar dental role
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Comfortable presenting treatment plans and discussing treatment recommendations
- Experience reviewing insurance benefits and patient financial arrangements
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with dental software (Trackeror simiiar) is an asset
Key Responsibilities
- Present and explain treatment plans in a clear and confident manner
- Coordinate and schedule patient treatment efficiently
- Follow up on outstanding treatment recommendations
- Review insurance coverage and discuss financial options with patients
- Build trust and strong relationships with patients
- Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and administrative team members
- Help improve treatment acceptance and patient retention
- Provide an exceptional patient experience while supporting practice growth
