We are seeking a hands-on Landscape Technician with landscape or related construction experience to support the installation of high-quality projects while contributing to daily site productivity, workmanship, and safety across a range of projects. Start time is 6:00 a.m. each workday, and finish times vary based on project needs, weather, and season.
Responsibilities
- Assist with hardscape and softscape installation
- Follow site plans, layout instructions, and direction from the Crew Lead or Supervisor
- Complete tasks such as excavation, grading, base prep, planting, sod, stonework, and general site work
- Support residential, commercial, and municipal landscape projects
- Assist with concrete, drainage, paving preparation, and related site work as required
- Assist with basic landscape carpentry and wood-related installation work
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, and small equipment
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment on site
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite, truck, and trailer
- Complete work to company quality standards while helping keep projects moving efficiently
- Follow safety policies and wear required PPE at all times
Requirements
- 3+ years of landscape construction or related construction experience preferred
- Strong candidates from concrete forming, carpentry, patios, and general site work will also be considered
- Hands-on experience with hardscape, softscape, excavation, grading, and site preparation
- Experience with concrete, drainage, stonework, woodworking features, or paving preparation is an asset
- Ability to read and follow site plans, layout instructions, and on-site direction
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely
- Strong understanding of jobsite safety and safe work practices
- Physically capable of demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a crew
- Takes pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
