Construction Labourer
Location: Vancouver, BC (Current Project Site)

About Us
Metro Vancouver Correct Construction Corporation is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Construction Labourer to join our growing team. We are seeking an individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions and work safely under the direction of the Project Manager.
The current project is located in Vancouver. Future work locations may vary throughout Metro Vancouver based on project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labour duties on residential and commercial renovation projects.
- Assist with framing, drywall installation, taping, painting, flooring, and finishing work.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment.
- Perform heavy lifting and other physically demanding tasks.
- Safely operate and maintain common construction tools and equipment.
- Keep the work site clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow the Project Manager's directions accurately and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of construction experience.
- Hands-on experience with painting, flooring, framing, drywall, and taping is required.
- Proficient in using common construction hand and power tools.
- Valid driver's licence with the ability to drive a company work truck.
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting.
- Fluent in spoken English with clear communication skills.
- Able to follow instructions carefully and work independently.
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and safety-conscious.
- Must successfully pass a criminal record check before employment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in residential renovations.
- WHMIS, Occupational First Aid, or other construction safety certifications are considered assets.
Compensation
- $25.00 per hour.
- Full-time hours based on project requirements.
