As Septic Installer you specialize in the end-to-end setup, repair, and maintenance of wastewater treatment systems for residential and commercial properties. This role is critical for ensuring environmental safety and public health, involving the precise installation of tanks, complex piping networks, and drain fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Precision Installation: Excavate and position septic tanks, distribution boxes, and leach fields in strict accordance with engineered site plans.
- Site Engineering: Prepare and level terrain to ensure the exact slopes required for gravity-fed drainage systems.
- Equipment Operation: Masterfully navigate heavy machinery, to move earth and materials.
- Infrastructure Piping: Lay watertight lines from structures to tanks and install perforated piping within drainage zones.
- System Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as collapsed pipes, tank leaks, or malfunctioning pumps and filters.
- Compliance & Inspection: Verify that every component meets or exceeds local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
