Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions using various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or therapeutic massage to address client concerns.
- Conduct thorough client assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their health goals.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and any relevant medical information.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, stretching exercises, and lifestyle adjustments to enhance results.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to hygiene standards and infection control protocols.
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout each session.
- Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Valid registration and licensing as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and treatment planning.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service in a friendly, professional manner.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for new graduates.

Pay: $65.00-$70.00 per hour
