We are seeking a dedicated K9 Hydrotherapy trainee/ Junior hydrotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with animals and providing top-notch care to furry clients in need of therapy services.
*Responsibilities*
- Assist with hydrotherapy sessions for dogs as well as help with dogs for recreational swims
- Assist with dogs recovering from surgeries or injuries , as well as keeping them in good shape to increase their quality of life
- Maintain accurate records of each canine patient's progress and treatment plans
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for all hydrotherapy sessions
- Provide excellent customer service to pet owners and address any concerns or questions
*Requirements*
- Certification in Canine Hydrotherapy will be required to progress in the job, but hands on training will be provided
- Experience working with animals, particularly dogs
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
- Knowledge of basic animal anatomy and physiology
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different canine personalities and needs
