Duties will include:

Completion of repairs according to Toyota’s policies and procedures

Maintaining vehicles while addressing any future or current concerns

Pre-delivery inspections, ensuring 100% quality

Quality control- performing road tests and after repair checks delivering fixed right the first time to all of our customers

Estimating repairs accurately

Demonstrating pride in workmanship

Positive attitude towards exceptional customer service

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have automotive dealership experience, excellent problem solving skills, and the effort needed to operate in a very busy service department.
Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds and the Toyota or import vehicle product knowledge is an asset.
