Overview
We are seeking a 1st, 2nd and 3rd year apprentices and Journeyman Electrician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial electrical work, with proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse construction and renovation projects, utilizing a wide range of hand and power tools. The position requires attention to safety standards and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in industrial, commercial, or residential settings
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform wiring, conduit installation, and system upgrades
- Work with low voltage wiring for security systems, alarms, or communication networks
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all safety protocols
Experience
- Hands-on experience with low voltage wiring and PLC programming is desirable
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment for electrical work
- Prior handyman or renovation experience is a plus
