Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to lead our early-stage brand awareness and user acquisition efforts. In this role, you will design and execute integrated campaigns that introduce Ella Tales to multicultural families and educators across Canada. You’ll be the voice behind our brand across social media, influencer partnerships, and community channels, bringing our AI storytelling product to life and building a loyal user base from day one.This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on content creation and a strong pulse on digital trends, especially in parenting, early learning, and EdTech spaces.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Xiaohongshu (Red).
· Manage influencer outreach programs and partnerships with parenting, education, and multicultural content creators.
· Build and manage the social content calendar, ensuring alignment with product milestones and cultural events.
· Craft and localize messaging to reflect Ella Tales’ values of inclusivity, literacy, and cultural representation.
· Support the MVP launch with promotional content, teaser campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
· Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and ASO dashboards.
· Contribute to email marketing, landing page optimization, and referral program design to increase retention and engagement.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
· 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in EdTech, e-learning, mobile apps, or early childhood sectors.
· Demonstrated experience planning and managing multi-platform campaigns and influencer collaborations.
· Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
· Strong written and visual communication skills with an eye for brand consistency.
· Comfort working in fast-paced startup environments and collaborating across diverse teams.
· Experience working with multilingual or multicultural communities is a strong asset.
