About Us
Imperial Pavement Marking Inc. specializes in pavement markings for roadways and parking lots across the Waterloo Region. Our primary focus is new construction (fresh asphalt), while also completing re-lines for existing parking lots and roadways.
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Pavement Marking Technician / Crew Lead. This role involves both hands-on work and light crew management, with opportunities to grow within the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a small crew (1–3 employees)
- Take direction from supervisors and follow instructions accurately
- Work independently when required
- Ensure work is completed efficiently and to company standards
Duties
- Operate a truck and trailer throughout the Waterloo Region
- Perform pavement marking (parking lots and roadways)
- Layout parking lots and roadway markings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, trailers, and equipment
Requirements
- Valid G Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation to and from our shop in Kitchener
- Ability and willingness to learn and work hard
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Experience
- Experience in pavement marking or construction is an asset, but not required
- Training will be provided for the right candidate
