BeautyKorea is a growing K-Beauty distribution company specializing in professional skincare and beauty products from Korea. We supply high-quality products and professional service to estheticians, hairstylists, salons, spas, and beauty professionals across Canada.
Founded in Calgary three years ago, BeautyKorea has continued to grow through strong customer trust and is expanding its presence to Edmonton and Vancouver. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our Calgary team.
In this role, you will assist customers in finding the right products, provide knowledgeable product recommendations, and help create a welcoming and professional shopping experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, has a genuine interest in beauty products, and is eager to grow with a fast-paced and expanding company.

Compensation
Starting at $17.00 per hour, with additional performance-based incentives available after the probationary period.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, professional service
- Assist customers in selecting skincare, haircare, and beauty products based on their needs
- Explain product features, benefits, and proper usage with confidence
- Recommend complementary products and identify appropriate upselling opportunities
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays
- Assist with restocking shelves, inventory organization, and general store upkeep
- Stay informed about current promotions, product availability, and store policies
- Respond to customer questions in person, by phone, or through other communication channels
- Support the team in maintaining a positive, efficient, and welcoming store environment
Qualifications
- Friendly, positive, and confident communication skills
- Strong interest in skincare, haircare, cosmetics, or the beauty industry
- Ability to learn product knowledge and explain products clearly to customers
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or beauty-related fields is an asset
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented work ethic
- English communication skills are required
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, is preferred
