Customer Service Representative
- Duties:
- - Provide exceptional customer service to customers in store and via phone
- - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- - Use of interact machine/handling cash
- - Daily cleaning duties and sanitization
- - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- - Food preparation and basic cooking skills
- - Packaging and labelling of products
- - Stocking shelves/coolers/freezers in an organized manner
- - Foodsafe certificate an asset but not required
Requirements:
-No experience necessary, on the job training provided
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
