We are a management team supporting multiple online content creators and influencers. We are looking for a motivated Part-Time Virtual Assistant to help with Reddit and Twitter (X) promotion and organic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily posting, engagement, and community building on Reddit and Twitter for several creator accounts
- Research suitable subreddits and create compliant, high-quality posts and captions
- Implement growth strategies while avoiding restrictions and shadowbans
- Help build and drive organic traffic to external platforms
- Track performance and provide simple weekly reports
- Work approximately 15–25 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Requirements:
- 1–2+ years of experience with Reddit and/or Twitter promotion
- Strong understanding of platform rules and best practices for sustainable growth
- Ability to write engaging captions and interact with communities
- Self-motivated and reliable with good communication skills
- Experience managing multiple accounts is a plus
Compensation:
Hybrid model — base hourly rate + performance-based commission tied to results. 3$ per subscription you bring to external platform. High earning potential for consistent performers.
This is a remote part-time position with long-term potential for the right candidate.
