Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate, professional, and client-focused Medical Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience performing advanced aesthetic treatments, building strong client relationships, and confidently recommending personalized treatment plans to help clients achieve their skincare goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional laser hair removal treatments safely and effectively.
- Provide customized facial treatments, including medical-grade facials and Hydrafacial services.
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on treatment options, expectations, and aftercare.
- Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatment packages based on client needs.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and compliant with clinic standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming client experience.
- Work collaboratively with the clinic team to achieve client satisfaction and business goals.
Qualifications
- Medical Aesthetician certification (required).
- Previous experience performing laser hair removal and advanced facial treatments.
- Strong consultation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and treatment protocols.
- Sales confidence with the ability to educate clients without pressure.
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
