Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements
- Assess business needs to provide clear and structured documentation (e.g., requirements, user stories, workflows)
- Ensure alignment between stakeholder expectations and deliverables
Process Improvement
- Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and gaps
- Recommend and support implementation of improved workflows
- Contribute to standardizing documentation and analysis practices
Solution & Project Support
- Support the definition of business requirements and use cases
- Assist in scope definition and planning inputs for initiatives and projects
- Participate in workshops, discussions, and planning sessions
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze data to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights as needed
- Track key metrics and performance indicators
Qualifications
Education
- Degree or diploma in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Experience working in dynamic environments with multiple initiatives
- Exposure to both business and technical contexts is an asset

Salary rate: $60,000.00
