Direct Home Comfort is expanding rapidly across the GTA, Peel, York Region, Halton, and Tri-Cities, and we are actively hiring motivated and experienced Home Comfort Advisors to join our growing team.

This is a full-time sales position focused on in-home consultations and helping homeowners choose the right comfort solutions for their homes.
Territories Available
- Peel Region
- Halton Region
- Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
- York Region
- Tri-Cities (Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge)
Applicants may work within one primary territory close to home.

- High-efficiency furnaces
- Air conditioners
- Heat pumps & cold climate heat pumps
- Tank and tankless water heaters
- Water softeners & reverse osmosis systems
- Air purification systems
- HVAC protection plans and upgrades

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners
- Assess customer comfort needs and recommend solutions
- Present HVAC, water purification, and energy-efficient upgrade options
- Build trust and long-term customer relationships
- Follow up on leads and opportunities professionally
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and updates
- Work closely with installation and operations teams
- Deliver excellent customer experience from consultation to installation
Requirements
- Previous HVAC or in-home sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Experience with financing and in-home sales considered an asset
Compensation is a Commission-Based Position

Average earnings for successful advisors range from $80,000–$200,000+ annually.
