We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral diseases.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and preferences.
- Provide preventive care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
- Execute restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, and bridges.
- Conduct pediatric dentistry services with a focus on creating a positive experience for young patients.
- Utilize Practice Software for patient management, appointment scheduling, and record keeping.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry by participating in continuing education opportunities.
Skills
- Proficiency in using Curve or similar dental office management software.
- Familiarity with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology for dental restorations is a plus.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and staff professionally.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
