Ontario Shines is a residential property service company serving London and the surrounding area. We provide residential window cleaning, gutter cleaning, gutter guard installation, pressure washing, and deck and fence staining services.
This role supports our growth by helping homeowners learn about our services and request a quote. Your focus is generating quality homeowner leads through friendly, professional conversations.
About The Role
Lead Generators canvass residential neighbourhoods, introduce Ontario Shines at a high level, and collect contact information from homeowners interested in receiving a free quote. This is a lead-generation role, not a closing role. You are not responsible for pricing, objections, or sales follow-up, as all quoting and scheduling are handled by our manager. Your focus is generating quality leads, representing the company professionally, and submitting lead details through an online form.

Requirements
- Reliable transportation to get to and from canvassing areas
- Smartphone with data for lead submission
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable walking outdoors for several hours at a time
- Prior door-to-door, canvassing, or direct sales experience is strongly preferred
Compensation
This role combines hourly pay with performance-based bonuses, so your earnings grow with your results. You are paid for all canvassing time and earn additional pay for every qualified homeowner lead you generate. There is no cap on how much you can make, and strong performers can significantly increase their income through consistent effort and quality conversations.
Schedule
Canvassing shifts are typically available on weekdays between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm and on weekends between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm. We offer flexible scheduling and can create custom shifts based on your availability, with a minimum expectation of two shifts per week.

- You consistently generate quality homeowner leads
- Homeowners feel comfortable and informed after speaking with you
- The contact information you collect is accurate and allows our team to reach homeowners quickly
- You show up for scheduled shifts and communicate clearly
