Requirements:
- Native-level English fluency (C2 level) with exceptional pronunciation, grammar, and articulation skills
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA) or higher in any field
- Access to a quiet, professional, and comfortable teaching environment
- Reliable, high-speed wired (Ethernet) internet connection
Key Duties:
- Conduct live online English lessons tailored to student proficiency levels.
- Implement our predesigned curriculum in an engaging and interactive way.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive, encouraging virtual classroom environment.
- Utilize digital teaching tools to enhance the learning experience.
Preferred Experience & Traits:
- Outgoing, energetic, and engaging personality (Crucial for online student retention).
- High flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs and learning styles.
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience (especially with ESL students) is preferred.
- Experience with online teaching platforms and digital tools is a plus.
- Exceptional native English communication, grammar, and pronunciation skills (Required).

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
