On-Track Railway Operations is a railway material handling company serving the industry for over 30 years. We are looking for a mature, outgoing individual for the position of Track Maintainer / Yard Labourer. This is an outdoor position where work is conducted in all types of weather and environmental conditions. You must have a vehicle as there is no public transportation close to our location. We are located 10 minutes north of Edmonton on Highway 37 and Range Rd 234 (Crowsnest Road)
What we are looking for in a Track Maintainer/Yard Labourer:
- Relevant work experience
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test
- Valid drivers license
- CROR certification is an asset
- Demonstrates good teamwork

We require you to:
- Maintain track infrastructure in the yard
- Remove, replace or repair track surface, ties, rails etc.
- Unload ballast and distribute track materials
- Snow removal as required
- Perform repetitive physical activity, including swinging and shovelling
