Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to lead our store team and ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and a passion for sales. This role offers an opportunity to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and contribute to the store’s growth and success. The Retail Store Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining a positive shopping environment, driving sales, and implementing merchandising strategies.
Duties
- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training and performance management
- Oversee retail sales activities, including cashiering, POS transactions, and customer service interactions
- Manage merchandising efforts, including product placement, pricing strategies, and inventory purchasing
- Handle recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and scheduling of staff to maintain optimal staffing levels
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping, payroll processing, and cash handling procedures
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract customers and increase sales
- Monitor store budgets and assist with sales management to meet or exceed targets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and provide ongoing training
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and basic math skills
- Ability to recruit, interview, train, and develop team members effectively
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and customer service best practices
- Demonstrated ability in budgeting, time management, and administrative responsibilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent;

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
