Junior Electrical Project Manager
Our client is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their growing construction team in Calgary, Alberta. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone early in their project management career who wants hands-on exposure to multifamily residential construction. The role supports projects from planning through completion, with a strong focus on quality, coordination, and operational support in both office and field environments.

Responsibilities
- Assist with reviewing construction drawings and supporting planning activities
- Complete basic material takeoffs and quantity calculations
- Help compare Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings
- Support estimating software setup and perform basic system tasks
- Prepare and process purchase orders
- Assist with return material authorization (RMA) documentation
- Organize and maintain operations and maintenance (O&M) manuals
- Support invoice review and approval workflows using internal systems
- Assist with warehouse organization and material tracking
- Perform site quality control checks as assigned
- Provide operational support to field crews when required
- Track tools and equipment to ensure smooth field operations

Qualifications
- Post-secondary education or training in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working both in-office and on-site
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
