What You Offer
- A passion for the profession of occupational therapy.
- An interest in clinical work including occupational therapy assessment, intervention, and workplace wellness training in ergonomics, accommodation, and/or psychotherapy.
- An understanding of the importance of work and productivity for the health and wellness of people and those they work for.
- A desire to help motivated employers to find healthy and sustainable workplace solutions for their staff.
- A self-starter, critical thinker, and problem-solver who thrives in an autonomous work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, relational, and communication skills.
- Access to a secure and confidential work environment.
- Additional training and competence in ergonomics, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, ACT, cognitive assessment, and Exposure Therapy are assets, but not required.
- Ability to work in French is an asset.
Required
- The ability to travel to employee, client, and employer sites within an agreed geography.
- Registered and in good standing with a Canadian occupational therapy regulator and able to provide in-person services in your province of residence.
- Technologically able to use email, MS Word, Excel (for subcontractors), and will be trained on use of our case management system for daily file management entries, billing, and reporting.
Pay: $65.00-$100.00 per hour
